Age Requirement: The candidate shall have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete this age on 31st December of the year in which he/she seeks admission.

Qualification: Candidate must have passed individually in the subjects of Physics , Chemistry , Biology and English and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics , Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination. For SC/ST OBC minimum required marks 40% and must have passing marks in English.

In case of admission on the basis of  KCET, COMEDK & NEET , a candidate must have passed individually in the subjects of Physics , Chemistry, Biology and English and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the qualifying examination and in addition must have come in the merit list prepared as a result of such competitive entrance examination by securing not less than 50% marks in physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the competitive examination.

For SC/ST/OBC minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Biology taken together in qualifying examination and competitive entrance examination be 40% instead of 50% as stated above.
