Register yourself first

Click on Registration menu, provide baisc detail to register e.x mobile number, email id.

Submit

After registration click on Login menu with their email and password.

After registration or login user will submit their Application form for ANM/GNM Course.

Pay appliction fee through  Debit card/Credit card/New banking/E-vallet for payment.

The online application fee is Rs. 250/-.

After successfully payment, Candidate will found a payment id started with "MOJO" on your Mobile and Email. Kindly add your Payment ID with application form.

Candidate will download filled up application form after 24 hours of successfull payment.

No need to send hard copy of the application form in College.
