Dully filled up application form should be submitted to the college along with following documents.
Photocopies of the following documents should be attached with application form
10th and 10+2 markscard or Equivqalent Exam card
Date of birth proof (10th standard certificate)
Secondary board Certificates (provisional Certificate,if Board Certificate not yet available).
Self addressed two small envelopes of size 11cm x 22cm with RS.25/- poatsge stamp affixed.
