Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BE in Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology Candidates who have passed 10+2 exam with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Electronics / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science as optional subjects and English as one of the languages of study with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. Minimum 40% for SC/ST/OBC students of Karnataka only in the optional subjects mentioned above. Lateral Entry- Duration 3 years: Diploma Holders in engineering with a minimum of 45% marks in the Diploma examination, conducted by the Board of Technical Examination, Government of Karnataka or its equivalent, (40 % for SC/ST/OBC students of Karnataka only) are eligible for admission to the corresponding branches directly to Second Year B.E.(Lateral Entry). |
