| Eligibility |

Eligibility and Selection Procedure for Diploma Program (DP) in Jaya College of Paramedical Sciences Candidate should pass 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany/ Zoology) with minimum 50% marks. In case of SC/ST the minimum marks for admission shall be 40%. The candidates should have completed the Age of 17 years at the time of admission. |

Each application should be accompanied by Xerox copies of the following:
a) XII Mark Sheet or its equivalent as the case may be.
b)Transfer Certificate from the School last studied.
c)Conduct Certificate from the Head of the School last studied.
d)Community Certificate issued by a competent authority in the case of BC/MBC/SC/ST.
e)Foreign students must also submit:
- No Objection certificate of HRD, Government of India
- Valid student visa.
