Admission Procedure to BTech

Procedure to be followed for online reporting at IITRAM for B.Tech. Admissions - 2021 (JoSSA)

Steps to be followed.

Step 1: Send an email on admissions@iitram.ac.in with scanned copy of following documents in one PDF file and rename it as “your_name_branch_name.pdf”

1. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter 2. Fee receipt 3. Class 12th Marksheet 4. Score Card of JEE (Main) - 2020 5. Admit Card of JEE (Main) - 2020 6. Class 10th Marksheet 7. Date of birth proof 8. Passport size photographs (3 copies) 9. Category (OBC-NCL/ SC/ ST) certificate (If applicable- As per given format on JoSAA website) 10. The OBC- NCL certificate should be dated on or after April 1, 2019. 11. Certificate for PwD (If applicable - As per given format on JoSAA website). The certificate will be rejected if the disability is less than 40% 12. Gujarat domicile certificate (for Gujarat Students only) 13. Photo ID proof issued by Central Govt./ State Govt./ last attended School/ 12th 14. Address proof 15. Medical certificate as per given format on JoSAA website 16. Category certificate (if any) 17. Document verification completion letter given by Reporting Center. 18. Registration-cum-locked choices for seat allotment 19. Any other Documents (if applicable)

Admission Procedure to MTech

Steps to be followed

Step 1: Send an email on admissions@iitram.ac.in  with scanned copy of following documents in one PDF file and rename it as “your_name_branch_name.pdf”.

1. Admission Slip 2. Fees Receipt 3. Bachelor Degree Mark sheets 4. Bachelor Degree Certificate 5. GATE Scorecard 6. 12th Mark sheet 7. 10th Mark sheet 8. School Leaving Certificate 9. Address Proof 10. Category Certificate (if applicable) 11. Caste Certificate (if applicable) 12. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable) 13. EBC Certificate (if applicable) 14. Passport size photograph 15. Income Certificate (if applicable) 16. Physically Handicapped Certificate (if applicable) 17. Ex/ In Serviceman Certificate (if applicable) 18. Gujarat Domicile Certificate (for Non-Gujarat Students) 19. Other necessary documents (if any) 

Please Note:

1. For BTech: Mention your JoSAA Application Number in the subject of Email.

2. For MTech: Mention your ACPC Application Number in the subject of Email.

3. Give appropriate name to scanned file listed above and attached it in Email.

Step 2: As soon as your email is received, we will generate your unique Username and Password of IITRAM MIS Software and send it with User-guide.

Step 3: Login using your unique credentials and fill all forms and notify us on admissions@iitram.ac.in

Step 4: We will generate the link of remaining fees, which you can pay online using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking through IITRAM MIS Software.

Admission Procedure to PhD

Ph. D. 2021-2022 (Autumn Semester) Admission Policy and Procedure

Step I: Fill up the Application Form Online The application form is available on the Institute website.

IITRAM - PhD Online Application Form

Fill it up properly and submit the duly filled application form online from 12th May 2021 to 11th June 2021. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Step II:

Selection: Admission is offered on the basis of performance in the interview (via online mode). The Departmental Research Committee will shortlist the candidates for interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility criteria do not guarantee being called for interview (via online mode). The candidates shortlisted for the Interview (via online mode) can be asked to give a brief presentation on any topic of their research interest.

Step III:

Verification of Documents & Confirmation of Admission (Online): The candidates are advised to take a print out of the filled in application form along with the affixed photograph, sign at appropriate place and submit the same enclosing self-attested scanned documents (via online mode) in a single pdf file not exceeding 15 MB within the date as mentioned in the schedule below. The admission shall be confirmed upon the payment of the fees as per the schedule.
