The form can be downloaded from http://www.ibab.ac.in/MSC/Application_form.doc as a word document or from http://www.ibab.ac.in/MSC/Application_form.pdf as pdf document
The downloaded word document form can be filled up and sent as an attachment by e-mail at info@ibab.ac.in and the demand draft and the other documents can be sent by post/courier
The form sent by e-mail will be processed only on receipt of the demand draft
The downloaded pdf document form should be filled up and sent along with the demand draft and the necessary documents
