Candidate should pass 10+2 exam with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subject along with one of the Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology shall eligible to apply.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45%, 40%  in case of candidate belonging to reserve category.

Or

All those candidates who have passed Diploma Pharmacy from an institute affiliated [o punjab State Board of Technical Education & lndustrial Training / punjabi University, Patiala or any other University or any State Board of Technical Education provided that the diploma or the institute duly approved by the PCI / AICTE.

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year: The minimum qualification for admission to 2nd year (3rd semester) of B. Pharmacy (3 Years) Degree course shall be as follows:

All those candidates who have passed the diploma in Pharmacy from an Institution approved by PCI u / s 12 Pharmacy Act, 1948 with subject to following conditions.

(i) Such D.Pharm holders admitted directly to B.Pharmacy 2 nd Year shall pass those subjects of B.Pharmacy 1 st year which are not covered under D.Pharm.

(ii) At any given time the admission in B.Pharmacy 2nd year should not exceed the sanctioned intake of B.Pharmacy 1st year +10% seats of sanctioned intake of B.Pharmacy 1st year.

Selection Process: On the basis of merit of the 10+2 exam.
