Deep Institute of Engineering and Technology (DIET) Admission Process

Admission in various courses in Institute shall be made by Haryana State Councelling Society, Department of Technical Education, Govt of Haryana for 75% seats. However 25% seats in each programme and the seats remaining vacant, if any, shall be filled up at the Institute level on merit in fair and transparent manner.

All the candidates, who report for verification of testimonials / certificates etc. at the time of admission, must bring the following Original Certificates / Testimonials along with them. Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required Original Certificates / Documents / Testimonials at the time of counseling, will forfeit his / her claim to admission :

1. Rank Card of relevant entrance test(s) including AIEEE, MAT etc, if appeared.
2. Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2 / Senior Secondary Examination conducted by CBSE or equivalent.
3. Matriculation / High School Certificate (for Date of Birth).
4. 04 Passport size colour photographs with Application Number and Name of the Candidate mentioned on the reverse.
5. Character Certificate from the Institution last attended.
6. Certificate of Medical Fitness in the prescribed Proforma
7. Migration Certificate
8. Address Proof (Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill etc.)
9. Print out of the Application form submitted online with photograph and attested copies of all relevant certificates and testimonials.
10. An affidavit in the prescribed format for an undertaking for non – indulgence in Ragging.
