D.Pharm: Pass 10+2 with  minimum 40% marks in science stream(PCM/PCB).

GNM: Pass 10+2 preferably Science (PCB) and  English with aggregate of minimum 40% marks.

10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent board with at least 40% marks.

Registered as ANM with State Nursing Registration Council.

Student shall be medically fit.

Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.

Student shall be admitted once in a year.

Student minimum age shall be 17 years and maximum 35 years  on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
