Avinashilingam University (AU) has seven hostels in the main campus - Thirumagal Illam, Kalaimagal Illam, Poomagal Illam, Malaimagal Illam , Arpana Illam , Alaimagal Illam and Malarmagal Illam with modern amenities and conveniences.
There is a separate building to house the postgraduate students and staff. Catering in the hostel is vegetarian. The mess is run on the dividing system. The satellite campus has 3 hostels with amenities and mess with dining.
