4. Migration Certificate from the University/Board (Students other than from Karnataka PU Board, CBSE and ICSE) - Original + 2 photo copies.
5. Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended.
6. Medical Certificate which mentions blood group.
7. Passport Size Photographs with red back ground - 10 numbers.
8. Caste cum Income Certificate (for CET and Karnataka Management Students).
9. Study Certificate for CET students.
10. CET / Equivalent Rank Card
