Download Application Form

Fill downloaded application form.

Make payment of Rs. 2,000/- by DD  in favour of ‘Registrar, Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University’ payable at Visakhapatnam.

Attach DD with application form.

List of the following documents required for admission

UG Program:

1. 10th or equivalent marks statement

2. 12th or equivalent marks statement

3. Character Certificate / Conduct Certificate

4. CLAT rank card

5. Transfer / Migration Certificate

6. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC etc.) if applied and allotted under the Reserved Category

7. PWD Certificate, if applied and allotted under PWD category

8. Domicile / Residence Certificate, if applied and allotted under domicile / resident category seats

9. Any other supporting document to claim your seat for the category you have applied (Ex: Wards of Serving/Retired Defence Personnel, EWS certificate, Sons/daughters of Ex-servicemen/Defence service personnel etc.)

PG Program:
