About Entrance Examination

The Entrance Exam will be conducted in English Medium only

 Entrance Examination will be conducted through a Computer Based Test (CBT) [Online] only.

The examination shall be held on Sunday, 18-05-2019 (Saturday)

The duration of the examination shall be 1½ hours (One hour and Thirty minutes).

Timing of Post- Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) : From 10.00 A.M to 11.30 A.M

Type of Examination is Objective Type

Duration of Examination is  1½ hours (One hour and thirty minutes)

Location of Examination Centres is Tentatively  10 cities in India

Type of Objective Questions is  Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Marked for Review : 0
• Unanswered : 0

No candidate will be permitted to appear in the examination unless he/she holds a valid "Hall Ticket" issued by the Institute and an ID proof of f their identification.

The following 10 cities are tentatively proposed in India as the examination centres

Applicant can opt only for THREE EXAM CITIES. 

After choosing any center for exam, no request for change of center would be considered under any circumstances by thecandidate.

Candidates should carry ONLY Hall Ticket along with Valid Identity proof (in original) and photocopy (Xerox) of the same ID proof inside the hall.

Infectious Diseases : MD / DNB General Medicine / Paediatrics from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Hospital Infection Control:  MD / DNB Microbiology from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Stroke Management: D.M/DNB Neurology from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Comprehensive Epilepsy Care:  D.M/DNB Neurology from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Obstetric Medicine:  M.S/ DNB Obst & Gynae from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Hemato Pathology:  M.D./DNB Pathology from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Nephro Pathology:  M.D./DNB Pathology from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Child & Adolescent Psychiatry: M.D./DNB Psychiatry from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council  of India.

Certificate Course in Advance Imaging:  M.D./DNB Radiodiagnosis from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Apheresis: M.D/DNB Transfusion Medicine/ Immunohematology from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Hepato-Pancreatic-biliary Surgery: M.Ch./DNB Surgical Gastroenterology/Gastrointestinal Surgery from any University recognized as equivalent there to by the Medical Council of India.

Candidates seeking admission to entrance examination are required to apply on-line mode only.
