CTUAPCET 2020  is an admission test conducted by the Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh to offer admissions to the various programs for the academic year 2020-2021

Applications should be submitted through online only.

 

Post Graduates Courses & Integrated Courses

1. M.Sc. Chemistry (with Medicinal Chemistry as specialization)

2. Master of Social Work (MSW)

3. Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC)

4. Integrated B.Sc.+ M.Sc. Chemistry (with Medicinal Chemistry as Specialization) Course with an exit option after B.Sc.

5. Integrated BBA (Tourism) + MBA (Tourism and Hospitality Management) Course with an exit option after BBA

6. B. Sc .+ M.Sc. Geology

7. PG Diploma in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management


About exam:

CTUAPCET2020 Examination Question Paper contains 100 Multiple Choice Questions.

Duration of the Entrance Test is 90 Minutes.

All questions carry equal marks (One mark for each question).

There is no negative marking for wrong Answer.

For all the courses (Except BBA) 50 number of questions for 50 Marks allotted to Section-A for testing students aptitude in the concern subject and remaining 50 questions will be given in the Part-B section to test Quantitative Ability, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and General English for 50 marks (Total 100 marks for both the sections).

For BBA all the four Sections A,B,C,D consist of 25 questions, each question carries one marks (Total 100 questions for 100 marks for all the four sections).

Medium of Instruction:  The medium of instruction and examinations shall be in English (only except the specific language Papers).

Note: 

The venue of the Examination Centre will be given in the hall ticket/Admit Card.

The University reserves the right to cancel any of the above centres and allot another nearby centre to the applicants.

Because of COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, date of entrance examination and place of centre may be changed.

If the pandemic continues the mode of admission may be changed from entrance examination. Candidates are advised to visit the University website regularly for further information updates and corrigendum.

Eligibility

M.Sc. in Chemistry: Candidate should have Bachelor's Degree with Chemistry as a optional subject at the graduate level from a recognized university, candidate should have obtained minimum of 50% aggregate in case of General and OBC categories and 45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories.

MSW: Candidate should hold Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised university, sore obtained minimum of 50% aggregate in case of General and OBC categories and 45% incase of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are eligible to apply.

MJMC: A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian or foreign university (as per the AIU foreign equivalence list)having secured a minimum of 50% aggregate in case of General, EWS, OBC categories and 45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are eligible to apply.

For all PG program

Maximum age shall be 22 years as on 1st July 2020. 

05 Years relaxation in age limit is given to SC/ST/PWD students. 

The Medium of instruction and examination shall be English only.

 

BSc + MSc  (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry): Candidate should hold passed 10+2 examination in Science with Maths, Physics, Chemistry  from arecognized university, obtained  minimum of 45% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to General category and OBC and 40% in case of students belonging toSC/ST categories are eligible to apply.  

Geology:  Students who have passed  10+2 examination with any three of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Geology subjects from a recognized university/ Board having scored a minimumof45% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to General, EWS, OBC and 40% incase of students belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are eligible to apply.

BBA + MBA (Tourism and Hospitality Management): Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination in any subject from a recognized university, obtained scored minimum of 45% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to General category and OBC and minimum 40% in case of students belonging toSC/ST/PWD categories are eligible to apply. 

For UG Programs

Maximum age shall be 22 years as on 1st July 2020.

PG Diploma in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management:  Students who have passed graduation from a recognized university/Board having scored a minimumof45% aggregate incase of candidates belonging to General, EWS, OBC and 40% in case of students belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are eligible to apply.

Admission process

Applications should be submitted through online only.

Candidate should visit official website of the university to apply online.

Pay Rs. 600/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST/PWD) as registration and application processing fee (and late fee if applicable) through following modes of payments

(a) Andhra Bank

(b) Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking.

After filling the online Application form with the required details, verify all the details, carefully and

click on Submit button.

Filled in application form will be generated that contains application number along with filled details.

Take print out of filled in online application form.

Use the Application number for future correspondence till the admission process is completed.

 

The following information must be kept ready for filling the details for online submission

a. Select the eligible courses and corresponding tests.

b. Hall-Ticket Number of Qualifying Examination.

c. Percentage of marks and year of Passing of Qualifying Examination, if passed.

d. Date of Birth as per SSC records.

e. Caste in case of SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates.

f. PH/NCC/ NSS/SPORTS /CAP etc.

g. Parental Income Upto One lakh or up to Two lakhs or more than Two Lakhs (rupees)

h. Study or Residence (from M.R.O) or relevant certificate for proof of local status.
