NALSAR University of Law (NALSAR) offers following programs for the academic year 2024-2025

Bachelor of Art (B.A) + Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (5 year)

Seats: 120

Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2 or an equivalent examination with a minimum of

(i) 45% of marks in case of candidates belonging to unreserved/ OBC/ Specially Abled Persons/ NRI/ NRI Sponsored categories and

(ii) 40% of marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories.

Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination in March/April, 2022 are also eligible to apply. 

There is no age limit for the course.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

Fees:  Rs. 1,55,000/- First Year

LLM (1 year)

Specialization:

• Commercial and Corporate Law
• International Trade and Business Laws
• Public Law and Legal Theory
• Criminal Law
• LLM General

Eligibility: Candidate mut hold a LLB Degree with a minimum 55%.

In case of reserved category, minimum marks shall be obtained 50%.

There is no provision for direct admission of Foreign Nationals into the postgraduate course.

 Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

Fees: Rs. 65,000/- First Year

M.Phil. in Law (1 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold a LLM Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 55%.

However, this condition is relaxed to 50% marks or its equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / Persons with Disability.

Selection Process: All the candidates should appear for admission test except those candidates who have qualified UGC NET / JRF, SLET / M.Phil. as per the Regulations.

All the candidates who have cleared the admission test as well as those who were exempted from appearing for it are required to attend an interview before the Research Committee

1. 10th  Class or equivalent Marks Statement

2. 10+2 Class or equivalent Marks Statement

3. 10+2 Std. study certificate from the educational institution in Telangana as a

4. Proof of passing the qualifying examination in the State of Telangana and  also four years Residence Certificate (in the previous seven years) in Telangana State issued by the Tahsildar/ MRO, Government of Telangana (Candidates allotted under Resident Student of Telangana Category).

5. Conduct / Character Certificate

6. Tansfer / Migration Certificate

7. SC / ST /OBC/ Disability Certificate, wherever applicable

 8. CLAT Admit Card

9. Proof of counseling fee paid to CLAT

10. Proof of fee paid to NALSAR Undertaking

Candidate can download the application form from the official website of the university and submit it upon completion.

The application fee can be paid online as well as offline methods.

For online payment, candidates can use Debit/ Credit Card or Net banking while offline payment can be made through a Challan which will be generated on the official website.

Foreign nationals or NRIs can pay the application fee via Demand Draft which must be attached to the application form.
