Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) offers BA LLB and LLM program for the academic year 2023-2024

BA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST).

Finals exams students waiting for their results may apply.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

  • Total of Maharashtra Category: 62%.

All India General Category

  • Unreserved Category: 38%

LLM (1 year) 

Eligibility: Age: No upper age limit for PG Program.

 Candidate must have to pass  LL.B/ Five-Year Integrated LL.B (Hons) any other equivalent exam with minimum percentage of marks as follows

  • 55% marks in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved/ OBC/ Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and other categories, and
  • 50% marks in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) categories.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

All India General Category

  • Unreserved Category: 38%

Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Admission Process 2023

Applications has to be submitted ONLINE only from website clatconsortiumofnlu.ac.in

Admission to UG and PG programs in participating universities under CLAT shall be completed through centralised online counselling conducted by the CLAT Consortium Office.

List of the following documents required for admission

UG Program:

1. 10th or equivalent marks statement

2. 12th or equivalent marks statement

3. Character Certificate / Conduct Certificate

4. Transfer / Migration Certificate

5. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC etc.) if applied and allotted under the Reserved Category

6. PWD Certificate, if applied and allotted under PWD category

7. Domicile / Residence Certificate, if applied and allotted under domicile / resident category seats

8. Any other supporting document to claim your seat for the category you have applied (Ex: Wards of Serving/Retired Defence Personnel, EWS certificate, Sons/daughters of Ex-servicemen/Defence service personnel etc.)

PG Program:

1. 10th or equivalent marks statement

2. 12th or equivalent marks statement

3. Marks Statements of LLB / B.L or equivalent Degree

4. Character Certificate / Conduct Certificate

5. Transfer / Migration Certificate

6. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC etc.) if applied and allotted under the Reserved category

7. PWD Certificate, if applied and allotted under PWD category

8. Domicile / Residence Certificate, if applied and allotted under domicile / resident category seats

Application Fee

For General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI candidates: Rs. 4,000/-

For SC/ST/BPL category candidates: Rs. 3,500/-

Candidates themselves will have to bear the bank transaction charges for remitting the fee online.
