Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) offers following programs for the academic year 2024-2025

Bachelor of Art (B.A) + Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (5 year)

Seats: 120

Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2 or an equivalent examination with a minimum of

(i) 45% of marks in case of candidates belonging to unreserved/ OBC/ Specially Abled Persons/ NRI/ NRI Sponsored categories and

(ii) 40% of marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories.

Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination in March/April, 2023 are also eligible to apply. 

There is no age limit for the course.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

Fees:  Rs. 1,05,000/- Per Year

Master of Laws (LLM) (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should have obtained a LLB Degree or an equivalent Degree from a recognized university with not less than 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC and ST candidates).

Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

Ph.D. in Law (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate shall have a Master's Degree from a recognised university with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale and 50% marks or its equivalent in the case of SC/ ST/ OBC candidates (non-creamy layer) and Persons with Disability.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Candidates who have qualified for UGC NET / JRF / SLET / M.Phil. are exempted from taking the admission test.

Admission to the BA LLB and LLM program will be through CLAT.

Application Fee

For General/ OBC/ PWD/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI candidates: Rs. 4,000/-

For SC/ ST/ BPL category candidates: Rs. 3,500/-

The candidates themselves will have to bear the bank transaction charges for remitting the fee online.
