Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University (CRSU) offers following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

MCA (3 year)

Seats: 50

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%, (47% for SC/ST category).

Candidate should have Mathematics as a subject.

Lateral Entry- Duration 2 year:  Pass Bachelor’s Degree exam of minimum 3 years duration B.Sc (Computer Science)/B.Sc (I.T.)/BCA from any recognized University with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate level with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (47.5% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) shall be eligible to apply for admission.

M.Tech (2 year)

Seats: 24

Specialization:

• Computer Engineering

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.E/B.Tech or equivalent Degree exam in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/

Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering/or M.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT/ Software)/ MCA or equivalent Degree with at least 50% marks (47.5% marks for SC/ ST) in aggregate.

GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.

M.A (2 year)

Specialization:

• Music and Dance
• Education
• Yoga

Eligibility:

Seats:  20

M.A. in Music and Dance:  Candidate should hold a Degree of B.A (Hons) in Music with 45% marks (42.5% marks for SC/ ST) in aggregate.

Or

Bachelor's Degree with Music as one of the subjects with at least 45% marks (42.5% marks for SC/ST) in the subject of Music.

M.A. in Education 

Seats:  30

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate (47.50% marks for SC candidates).

M.A. in Yoga

Seats: 50

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.

Maximumg age limit will be 30 years as on July of admission year.

Every student (Male and Female) will submit medical fitness certificate from SMO/MO ofthe Government Hospital at the time of admission.

No excuse for physical activity during thecourse will be entertained.

5% relaxation in minimum eligibility condition for admission to various courses will be given toDifferently Abled candidates.

BPEd (2 year)

Seats: 50

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50%  marks (47.50% marks for SC candidates)and having at least participation in Inter College/ Inter Zonal/ District/ School competition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/ IOA/ SGFI/ Govt. of India.

Or

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC candidates). 

Or

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC candidates)and studied physical education as compulsory/elective subject.

Every student (Male and Female) will submit medical fitness certificate from SMO/MO ofthe Government Hospital at the time of admission.

PG Diploma in Yoga (1 year)

Seats: 50

Eligibility: Candidate should hold Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 45% marks in aggregate.

Maximum age limit is 35 years as on July of admission year.

Every student (Male and Female) will submit medical fitness certificate from SMO/MO ofthe Government Hospital at the time of admission.

Before applying online, a candidate should have: -

A. Scanned copy of his/ her Photograph and Signature

B. Mobile Number & E-mail id

C. Keep the necessary details/document (s) ready (such as DMC of Matriculation, Senior

Secondary and Degree etc.)

Pay application form fee Rs. 500/-(Rs. 125/- for SC/ Differently Abled of Haryana).

Candidates have to submit self attested copies of all concerned documents alongwith application form latest by 2nd July, 2019 upto 5:00 p.m. to the concerned department/office and show the original

documents on the day of admission otherwise his/her candidature will not be considered for admission.

List of the documents to be brought at the time of admission:

1. Certificate showing marks obtained.

2. 10th certificate for Date of Birth Proof

3. Certificate of Sr. Secondary (10+2 Standard) Examination

4. Character Certificate

5. Candidates with Gaps in study if any

6. Bonafide Resident Certificate

7. Certificate in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) if pplicable

8. Certificate of Backward Class Certificate of Backward Class

9. Joint affidavit by the real parents of the girl child on non-judicial paper of Rs. 10/- duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate for Supernumerary Seat for Single Girl Child for admission in CRSU only  if pplicable

10. Certificate of registration as Kashmiri Migrants issued by the Relief Commissioner Jammu or Divisional Commissioner, Delhi to establish the status of the applicant as registered migrants.

11. Proof of current residence such as Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Photo Identity Card/Voter Card, issued by the Election Commissioner, Driving Licence etc.  

12. Certificate in respect of Differently Abled (DA) Candidates if applicable

13. Coloured Photographs

14. Certificate for claiming weightage (if applicable). Employer's Certificate in case of employee.
