IBNE Seena Pharmacy College (IBNESPC) established n year 2007 and run by Awadh Muslim education & Welfare Society (The AMES group of Institutions). The college started with the intention of paying tribute to Ms. Badrun Nisa, wife of Mr. Ilyas Azmi, Ex. M.P. for Shahabad Constituency of Dist. Hordoi, Uttaer Pradesh, India.

Location: College campus is situated at the heart of the city Shahabad, District Hardoi; adjacent to the main bus stop at the distance of 3 K.M. from Anjhi-Shahabad Railway Station. The Campus spreads in the area of more than 20 acres surrounded by lush green areas.
